As part of the transformation of the Rijksmuseum, Droog reinterprets old pieces with contemporay materials and techniques.

Rubber Tablecloth, once a hand made embroidered piece, now in rubber, decorated with elegant designs.
Centre piece: created by German silversmith Wenzel Jamnitzer, this centre piece is re-decorated with 3D-printed magnetic miniatures of the Rijksmuseum collection.
Layer plates: following the process of screen printing, the decoration of a plate with Imari decor, porcelain factory on the Amstel, is revisited, and as a result a stackable piece composed of four plates, each with a colour, to composed the original decoration.
